Our role involves the following:

• Organizing the complete event from scratch
• Plans the whole event with the client
• Fixes upon a budget with the client
• Implements the budget and makes sure the costs do not overshoot it
• Delegates duties to respective individual according to their capabilities
• Coordinates with all the departments involved in the organization of the event
• Checks the inventory before the event
• Makes sure everything is in order before the promotion of the event
• Makes sure all the concerned people are present at the event.
